“We were a company of 11 people, who were supposed to be divided into 8 rooms, which turned out to be 7 rooms. We had a nice weekend, the host was very helpful in assisting with all our needs. The accommodation itself was probably more suitable for a large family than for work colleagues as the rooms had an open solution for toilets and showers. Overall, a good weekend for us.”

Ainhoa was extremely flexible, with our arrival and departure, she was very responsive and helpful. The house suited our family perfectly. It is very easy to get downtown on the bus, and a great walk can be made from the house up Ulia and along to Pasaia. No shortage of great restaurants in San Sebastian! “La comunicación con los propietarios ha sido fácil y cordial. El piso está decorado con mucho gusto, hasta el último detalle. Te sientes como en casa. Super cómodo, tiene de todo. Las zonas comunes son amplias. Ventanales enormes con unas bonitas vistas hacia el centro del pueblo y la costa. Muy bien situado. No hicimos uso de la plaza de garaje porque mi coche no cabía, pero nos vino genial para dejar las bicis. Que cada habitación tenga su baño es una gozada. Las camas comodísimas, todo está……

“The view outside this beautiful and spacious house is amazing! Enough towels and toilet necessities available, even coffee! Furniture inside and outside could really use a good repair. Not really comfortable chairs inside and outside. Some items related with ducked tape and some not even repaired. A little adjustments will make a big difference. Cleaning was way below standard. Floor and kitchen table were covered with crumbs. In the barhroom the mechanical ventilation was full of……

“Rober and his wife are very kind and supportive and gave us a lot of hints for locations to visit. The perfectly clean house provides everything we needed during 9 days for a comfortable stay, especially as we prepared our own meals. We enjoyed to drink a fresh lemon from the garden and sit in front of the house, looking at the splendid mountain panorama in front of us. “This was a great find in a wonderful small town just outside Bilbao. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. The place was very comfortable with a very quick walk into the town, with easy parking, and quick access to nearby buses and trains into Bilbao. Would recommend. ”

"Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
