“I really like this hotel, this is my second time coming. I was a little disappointed with the room that I got since when I booked it was suppose to be a studio with a balcony but about 2 months after I booked they messaged me saying this room did not have a balcony. They told me the room they put me in was bigger, second floor, ocean view (sounded really nice). Ultimately it wasn’t much of an ocean view as it was the furthest away from the ocean. Things happen and I understand that, overall……

“The location of the resort was great. The receptionist greeted us with a nice smile.all the staff were very kind and very helpful the restaurant in the facilitate the food was delicious. we had a beautiful view of the ocean. our room was clean all around The facility was very clean and organized. “This is a very nice hotel. I didn’t like all the kids in the hot tub in the pool area. Kinda ruined it for my wife and I. We were celebrating our anniversary. Mostly in the room because of all the kids and the parents that didn’t monitor them. I didn’t even see staff enforcing the rule of 16 and under can’t be in there. Very disappointing. ”

“Location & room tastefully decorated. There was a stain down the side of the bed, indicating the mattress cover was not changed, and the skirt wasn’t changed, which should be checked before new guest checks in. I asked for it to be fixed. We came back later that day it was not fixed and the ceiling was leaking this morning before we checked out. The entire floor was wet, luckily we didn’t slip and fall. ”

“The staff was extremely friendly and check in was a breeze. The room was newly renovated and very comfortable. Great A/C. I was a little disappointed that there was no coffee supplied, although there was a coffee pot. Also no iron or ironing board. We were looking for these items after hours so I don't know if they would have been supplied to me upon request. The resort was very quiet even though it seemed full. A hidden gem!”
