“This is my second stay at the hotel. Everything is very very good - room, service, facilities, continental breakfast, staff, and location. I really like the fruits and juice, though, the croissant could be a little bit more flakier. The hotel basically sits in the middle of the town - all shops are within walking distance. “Joanne the front desk clerk was very nice and polite. It was a very easy.check in. Provided information on our room, and breakfast hours. The pool and sauna were a bonus. Although it did say the hotel has a hot tub, it was filled in about 8 months ago. So no hot tub. Plenty of items to choose from for breakfast. Nice place to stay and the price was right.”

“In Hyannis for a fishing trip. I arrived late and the hotel called me to confirm that I was coming. They were very accommodating. The hotel is more like a motel. Looks like some off season work has been done, including patching and painting. There was a lot of dust on high surfaces and walls from the off season work. The bed was amazingly comfortable. There’s a fridge and microwave in the room. There’s is plenty of parking and restaurants close by. The hotel gave us a late check out so……

“This is a very nice hotel. I didn’t like all the kids in the hot tub in the pool area. Kinda ruined it for my wife and I. We were celebrating our anniversary. Mostly in the room because of all the kids and the parents that didn’t monitor them. I didn’t even see staff enforcing the rule of 16 and under can’t be in there. Very disappointing. ”

“Check in time noted on Hotels.com was wrong. Check in is at 3pm and there is nobody onsite before 3pm if you happen to arrive early. When arriving at 1:45 we called the business number and the woman was extremely rude. Actual check in staff was great! He was nice enough to show us to the room and show us how the door lock worked. Overall room was small but expected - would stay again but avoid calling for a more pleasant experience :)”

“Property is the best beachfront location for the price. Very clean. Beach is literally outside your front door and so easily accessible. Rooms were very clean. A 5 minute drive to Main Street Chatham with so many restaurants nearby. Would stay again. ”

“Had an amazing stay at Greyfinch Chatham Inn. The place is beautiful, super clean, and the vibe is peaceful and relaxing. Staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
