“Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it.”

“The property situated over a garage is quiet and peaceful. The windows look directly into a tree lined canopy. The space is larger than I imagined and provided a wonderful home base to travel to all areas of the Cape. The hosts were great. We’ll be back!!”

“We had a great experience staying for a long weekend--in town for a wedding. My only criticism is not with the unit or host, both of which were terrific, but the resort area was poorly staffed. We wanted to use the facilities and there was no one available after 4 visits to tell us how we could do so. In the end, we just went ahead and used the pool and exercise room, but could not access the beach. Not the fault of the owner. Thanks for a great stay!”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very clean and has ample parking. The upstairs guests were quiet; however, there were times when you could hear them walking/running across the floor above. This was not an issue for us, but it could be for some. Cell phone service was nonexistent, so we needed to switch to Wi-Fi calling or drive to the main road to make a call.”
