“The house is in a great location being close to all of Brewsters amenities but also having a beach at the end of the road. We didn't get to use the kayaks as the weather was great, but it was good to know they were available for us. We had everything we needed in the house and it was better than we expected. As it was just the two of us we didn't try the pull out bed. Even though we were there in the bad weather the house stayed nice and warm. We would come back here. ”

“Upon check-in we discovered a goody basket left to welcome us to this lovely home. The house was well stocked and large enough for 5 adults and a baby. The pool was heated, and water was clean and clear. There was a protective awning over one of the outside tables which allowed us shade while we enjoyed the BBQ. Walt was very accommodating and checked in via text to ensure we had everything we needed. It was a perfect family getaway. We highly recommend this home and hope to return next year.”

“The place was very clean when we arrived and beds were made which was great! It was difficult sharing one bathroom with 6 people but luckily our kids only stayed two nights so after they left it wasn't a problem. The back yard and deck were great especially with the dog. We had deer in the yard almost every morning along with the bunnies!
