“Everything was great clean beautiful house as advertised ”

“We had a great time at this place. It's located in a small sub-division next to Ocean's Edge Resort in Brewster MA. It's a couple of blocks from the beach, and a short walk / drive to local restaurants. We did car trips to nearby Cape Cod towns. It was the week before Memorial Day so crowds were down, but it was also unseasonably cold. The host was super helpful, communicative. One weird thing was VRBO itself had some kind of problem where, after I booked it, it didn't have the information about……

“The description said two bedroom but in actuality there is a lofted open space over the living room and kitchen as the second bedroom. I wish the description clarified this as we have young children and did not want to go to bed the same time as them- we needed both bedrooms to have closely doors to get the kids to bed while still being able to have adult time. Otherwise the condo was clean, equipped and the views of the water from the short walk to the beach were very beautiful. Overall great……

“Our group of four adults stayed here for a friends wedding. The house was as advertised, the price matched the accomodations. Communication with owner was exceptional. Through no fault of owner, the TP supply ran out, after notifying Pam, she immediately delivered a plentiful supply of TP, and other paper goods. Beds were super comfortable! Thank you for the stay Pam, we definitely would rent again for future visits!!”

“As the title states, we didn't realize that we were not going to be able to visit any beaches or do any harbor tours.The house was lovely, with it's wide plank wood floors. The floral bouquet left for us was lovely and appreciated. There was a notebook that was prepared for the rental, however, we didn't see it until the day we left. “The interior of the home was very nice, spacious, and clean. The exterior is in need of paint and deck maintenance, perhaps some enhancements to the outdoor living areas. There wasn't much we could do as a family in the yard in terms of eating outside, playing games, having cocktails. Nonetheless, the home is only 10 minutes from the National Seashore which are the best beaches on the Cape in my opinion. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. ”
