“This house was perfect for our family. It was clean and easy. It is also an optimal location, with a 5 minute walk to the local beach, and centrally located to make for easy drives to all other Cape Cod attractions. Would definitely recommend this property and the owners.”

“We had a lovely off season stay in Brewster. When we arrived, the house was chilly and we had a little trouble figuring out how to turn on the heat. I called the Del Mar office and someone called me back very quickly with instructions for the two heat pumps that managed the temperature in the house. Someone from the office also dropped by with two space heaters to supplement if we needed them. I also had trouble getting the downstairs TV to work, but the upstairs TV did have cable service. “The place was very clean when we arrived and beds were made which was great! It was difficult sharing one bathroom with 6 people but luckily our kids only stayed two nights so after they left it wasn't a problem. The back yard and deck were great especially with the dog. We had deer in the yard almost every morning along with the bunnies!
