“出差時住在這裡，因為距離MITEC很近所以覺得很方便。是同一棟樓里有不同酒店的構造，Ami這一家是公寓式的，樓層比較高，所以除了房間很大很寬敞以外，還可以從落地窗遠眺。 但同時因為很高所以每次電梯都要等很久，可能是因為會展期間入住率比價高的關係。會展第一天的早餐餐廳也是需要排隊，後面幾天好很多，餐食也算不錯。 櫃檯是一個獨立空間，期間因為打印還有房間電燈問題和員工通過WhatsApp聯絡也都很順暢，維修和對應的速度都很快。 只是從這邊去KLCC區域的話會比較遠，周圍除了會展中心裡面的一些店鋪也沒有餐廳，走到最近的mall也有一定距離，建議提前下好grab做好打車的準備。 不過酒店下面的便利店（超商？）東西很齊全很方便，可以滿足日常需求沒有問題。”

“I stayed in this apartment for three nights. The apartment is in an apartment block with residential housing. The neighbours were quite noisy. Getting the keys was convoluted. The apartment was basic and run down. Facilities were very basic. The bed in the main bedroom seemed like a king size and was comfortable but too short for me. The smaller bedroom also had a short single bed. There was bath gel in the bathroom but nothing else.”

“Have not faced such a terrible service before. When I booked an apartment cause of emergency, Expedia did not assign us a unit number. And when we went there they won’t tell us the unit number either. Only guards were there and they looked clueless. When I contacted Expedia support for help, both Expedia and I tried to call the number provided for the windsor apartment, but no one will pick. Tried this for 2 hours no help at all. Had to go back and look for another hotel in such a terrible……

“This apartment is beyond disgusting. Upon entry there was a broken table, disgustingly stained ironing board, dirt on the chairs, mould growing on the sink and in the shower, stained curtains. The adult pool was not open. The electrics for some of the light sockets were broken, this is a health hazard, hotels.com should not be advertising this unit as it is a hazard. Shame on the owners and property management.”
