“Good stay and food”

“It was really nice and comfortable stay, above all the hotel is exactly infront of the Darjeeling station, and from the window snowy mountains can be seen too.”

“It is very close to shopping center and trail.The only downside are stairs..steep stairs.Person needs to be physically fit to stay in this hotel”

“The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm.”

“Amazing views from rooftop. Very steep hills to get to Hotel if you struggle with Hills plenty of Taxis about to take you ”

“Hotel has no installed heating.”

“This hotel is substandard. We booked for three nights but ended up checking out after one because of the poor conditions of the room. ”
