Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. Passion of the staff to serve customers is unparalleled and trickles down from the leadership of Debarya, who seems to talk about the resort like it's his baby. Doma in dining room, authentic Nepalese……

“Hotel has no installed heating.”

“It is very close to shopping center and trail.The only downside are stairs..steep stairs.Person needs to be physically fit to stay in this hotel”

“The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm.”

“Total value for money. But when i checked in other rooms were under renovation. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Sharing taxis for Darjeeling main are available from nearby. Ghoom station is walking distance.”
