“Hotel staff were great. “Suite” was a total disaster. Carpets were at least 10 years old with holes and furniture was as old and very uncomfortable. Never would have rented this “Suite” if we knew the true condition. Online pictures paint a very different picture.”

“Second time we've stayed there with great accommodations, location and view. Very comfortable one bedroom with pool, landscaped barbecue area and everything one needs for a home away from home. Near shopping, restaurants and various grocery stores. Recommend!!”

“We were in need of a place to stay that had a little more room than a hotel room. Viewing the pictures online I thought this would be a great place. Small apartment but had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately the listing did not say it was on the 2nd floor. I am disabled and my mother in law is 80. Not the best situation. When we got upstairs it was 80 degrees in the apartment. There were no ceiling fans or air-conditioning. When I reached out to the owner she……

“Man the lifeboats! unit needed additional cleaning of stove and around bathroom at time of our arrival. This was accommodated by the host sending the cleaning lady back. A lot of cobwebs and dusty things. Transition strip to bathroom needed to be repaired. Sharp points sticking up. Rug needs to be cleaned or replaced. dishwasher does not seem to get dishes clean.
