noisy rooms... can still vividly hear people's laughter at middle of night. the drainage of water in bath tub is bad... big fly in the room... ineffective and nonfunctioning air conditioner in room... very cold room.. finally I asked for a change of another room.

Nice budget hotel in excellent location, 5 minutes walk to tube, resturants and shops. rooms were clean but facilities need refurbishing. Staffs were helpful, Mr. Sam, Ms Hamma and the general manger were nice , friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was about average but fine. Thank you for a pleasant stay and may consider to stay there again next time.
