“The room itself is fine, but I encountered issues with the water temperature fluctuating in the shower. It's very difficult to control, especially during the winter season. Additionally, the location of the hotel is not very convenient for traveling in Bath, even if you have a car. (The center of Bath is always prone to traffic jams.) Overall, I believe the value of this selection is not good.”

“Great location and friendly staff. However the room is considerably small given the price of the room, for 2 person without luggages, we had to keep moving the furniture in order to move around. The heating in the room took a long time to heat up and the bathtub in the room did not work. ”

“Good location for the royal crescent and Bath centre . Couldn’t get in touch with the hotel to book parking , called and called and no reply so booked a space but it was a mile walk from the hotel.Not ideal . Hotel overall was fine. ”

“Francis Hotel Bath is currently undergoing some refurbishment so unfortunately there was no lift to the third floor. The hotel warned us of the on-going work before our arrival which was very much appreciated. The staff made us feel very welcome and I very much appreciated the facilities provided in the bedroom. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.”
