“Beautiful hotel grounds, staff are extremely friendly, rooms are very clean but a little dated - the bathtub and shower had very obvious signs of wear with cracked tiles, very old and outdated shower taps, stains and scratches on the bottom of the tub. The provided toiletries gels were a lovely quality (The White Company) and the view from the room was so gorgeous. The stay was quiet and we barely heard other guests or noise from outside. “We had a wonderful stay at the Old Fleece. The Studio apartment was lovely, spacious and had everything you could need for a few days away. “The main bed was firm but comfortable. Parking can be interesting, if the three spots directly outside are occupied there are other car parks within a short distance 25 - 50 meters but the area is quiet so we could pull up outside the garlic rooms and drop our bags in and then park up. We had a little difficulty setting up the sofa bed but putting the mattress on the floor gave us a third bed. We would happily stay again. Thank you Garlic rooms.”
