“Loved the house and its beautiful original features. Our room was in the basement but had lots of light and our own door to use so felt like an apartment. Large room with tasteful decor and modern bathroom. Huge bed which was extremely comfortable so slept well for 3 nights we stayed .Hospitality tray well stocked .Breakfast was superb- locally sourced top quality ingredients, good choice, and staff helpful and friendly- nothing was too much trouble. Only 15 minutes walk into centre of town .……

“The receptions were very friendly and the staff was very helpful to carry out our luggage to the stairs and showed us the room; warm like a home. Except the male staff who were on duty while we checked out in the morning; he was the only staff in the reception and is not busy at all. However he has reacted expressionless while we asked for check out and not even saying a goodbye or thank you for staying to us; As a customers,it’s not a good impression at all while they served you with……

“去年九月已經 Expedia 預定 曾經入住過的Francis Hotel classic room，在行程單上説明會送一支紅酒的，但酒店職員説沒有顯示，最後補送了。花洒組合設計不佳，因去水平台太淺，女士們洗頭加洗澡一定溢滿平台而弄濕整個洗手間；而供應的洗澡及洗髮液只有姆指大的容量不能照顧到兩位成人住客。尤幸職員友善，及位於酒店地下的 BB 餐廳值得推薦，晚上用餐情調極佳，當晚侍侯的 Salvador 服務一流，應該一讚。 酒店整體很好，只需留意一些細節加以改善，保持水準。”
