“The property doesn’t look quite as smart as the photos suggest. It’s still nicely refurbished but is a little bit worn in places. It could really do with a deadlock or security chain on the front door. The WiFi was a bit hot and miss, especially in the bedrooms which is strange for the size of the property. The washing machine is not a full dryer and there was no clothes airer provided for drying clothes. The parking space was very handy. It would be helpful to have a what3words or pin as Google……

“The apartment is exceptional but very expensive for what you get. There sofa is not big enough for four people. The main problem are the windows at the front of the property facing the main road. There needs to more coverings as the blinds are usless. Also some black out curtains. The sun came up at 4.30am and we couldnt sleep. But to make things worse. The traffic noise was horrendous the vehicles might as well drove through the property. This went on all night with no rest bite. At one piont……

“Cant fault the staff and the hotel. Room was quiet and clean. Only criticism i have is of the menu - very little choice. The Wookey Hole Inn, more or less over the road about a minute's walk away, had a much better menu, and the food was good. ”
