Would suggest providing instructions or guide to operating / adjusting aircon thermostat would be helpful. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was not included. “The apt was below standards and photos are misleading. 1. There are several broken windows in the living room and bedroom with outside air seeping in. 2. Only 2 heaters work in the unit. 3. The hot water is extremely inconsistent and even after careful use we had several ice cold showers. 4. The entrance is in a dark unsanitary alleyway where a restaurant keeps their trash bins. 5. The bed linens had stuff on them. 6. The surrounding area has several bars and the sounds get really really loud……

“The view of the Clifton Suspension Bridge from the room and at breakfast was a special feature, and the bedroom and en-suite were high quality and suitably designed for the historic feel of the hotel. The location was superb and therefore popular for users of the adjacent White Lion.
