“Great location. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The breakfast is lovely and has a lot of varieties. However, the lift service is very interesting but is fine and safe.”

“A really nice hotel in the heart of Bristol. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and tidy rooms with air conditioning. Beds are a tiny bit small for two people but for a short stay this didn’t bother us! If we’re coming back to Bristol for a weekend getaway we will definitely come back! ”

“The apt was below standards and photos are misleading. 1. There are several broken windows in the living room and bedroom with outside air seeping in. 2. Only 2 heaters work in the unit. 3. The hot water is extremely inconsistent and even after careful use we had several ice cold showers. 4. The entrance is in a dark unsanitary alleyway where a restaurant keeps their trash bins. 5. The bed linens had stuff on them. 6. The surrounding area has several bars and the sounds get really really loud……

“The YHA in Bristol is kind of old compared with the Cardiff one. There is no plug for the upper bed and no separate light for each as well. Also, you need to ask for the wifi even you are going to stay, it's not convenience, so do ask the staff while you are check in! But overall the location is quite close for the visitor.”
