“Apart from the damp toilet and the lack of shampoo and conditioner, everything is fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. “A nice hotel for families. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great, friendly and helpful. It's proximity to the caves is great and it's a half hour walk away from Wells. The food in the restaurant was good too.”
