“Repairs that were made were not very well done by appearance. The air conditioner worked great. The pool was closed and drained, so it shouldn't be advertised as having a pool. There were a lot of ppl wandering around at night, but we had no problems with sounds after 10pm. The room was quiet, smelled nice. The beds were on the firm side, but linens and pillows looked well cared for and overall sleeping conditions were fine. ”

“We checked in to 1 room after 1 shower the tub wouldn't drain, the tv had no remote or cables to be operational. Asked to move rooms and they accommodated for free the second room was better but the volume on the TV wasn't working.”

“We so appreciated the gentleman on the evening staff that checked us in. He was friendly, effective efficient and very kind! The check-in was quick and easy, and we were even offered an upgrade which was perfect for our circumstances!!! Thank you! ”
