“My stay was incredible. It was absolutely the most comfortable bed, sheets, pillow, temperature, literally everything I loved. I got a basic suite, but trust me, there was nothing basic about it. The owner spared no expense and designing and decorating this boutique hotel. They paid such attention to detail and mindfully decorated to cater to everyone’s taste. The hotel is just off the beaten path of Austin but just minutes from everything very clean. The staff was helpful and courteous and……

“Staff is great. The animal odors permeated rooms, hallways and elevators. I didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel but it really smelled. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.”

“Everything was ok but coffee had no flavor wish there were more breakfast options. Room was good just noisy with the air unit right out the door in the hallway had to place a towel on the floor to block the air from coming in. There was a burnt smell in the room unable to find or locate where it was coming from.”

“It seemed as if some of the security lights and cameras were in need of repair. Fortunately I was able to park near my room and in a very well lit area. Some areas of the building and parking lot are in total darkness. Overall, a good place for a nights rest. Vending machines near office are clean and well stocked with a variety of items, from snacks/drinks, to toiletries and health items.”
