“Location 10/10: in walking distance to SoCo, 6th street, Ann Butler trail, Rainey street, and the Capitol . Many good restaurants surrounding Facility is pretty outdated. Clean but outdated. ”

“We loved the location right above Jo’s on 2nd St.! The apartment was very spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The property is right in the mix for downtown Austin, within easy walking distance for just about any activity. We had one problem, which is the TV in the living area wouldn’t connect to wifi, which meant you couldn’t watch anything. The bedroom TV worked great, and we weren’t there to watch tv anyway. Each step for checking in, moving around on and off the property, and……

“Great food options and cool room. The pool was a bit small and always full, it looked like a motel pool. We payed for late check out which is a bit pricey and they interrupted us twice. Fortunately they refunded half of the fee when we told management. ”

“Great space, great amenities, great pool. Amazing location in a central part of downtown Austin, which makes the hotel close to everything. The over the top no human interactions is not a thing I enjoyed though. Virtual check-in is annoying for no reason but the check-out is easy. Placing random noise trackers in the unit to send you text messages while playing music while no one is even complaining or being disturbed is over the top annoying. In addition not disclosing that noise trackers would……

“The stay was great until 5AM when the alarm and readiness testing went off. Hard to fall back asleep.”

“Everything was just as advertised. The location was great for what we wanted to do, the waterpark was a nice spot. The water was COLD, but great for a little day outing. ”
