“This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. “LIKES: 1. The building/floor was by secure access. 2. It was located close to the to CBD. 3. A monorail line ran in front of the building. 4. Suites were located above a 3 storey shopping centre. 5. A large variety of food outlets in the building and in the general area. 6. Swimming pool on 15th floor. DISLIKES 1. No reception and no access access post 10:00pm. 2. Room furnishings and kitchenette were very basic. 3. Evidence of some cigarette burns on furniture. 4. How to rectify door……

“There is a strong musty smell the moment the lift open on the 7th floor. The safe didn’t work. At 11.15pm and I was still wide awake, The loud music downstairs is still banging away. The noise level is insane. It’s impossible to get any sleep. I am staying in the seventh floor and it is so loud you can feel the vibration. ”
