“The hotel is a bit tired and the beach is not the best but the service from the staff was excellent. Breakfast was good and varied. It was good value for money for the price paid. I would go back there again. ”

“Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.”

“Stunning hotel! Very large rooms with gorgeous balcony views of the ocean. The infinity pool offers excellent views, especially at sunset. Staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. The only difficulty experienced was with the on-site spa and the inability to access the jacuzzi unless you pay for a very expensive spa treatment. It is also almost impossible to get an appointment if you don’t schedule 2-3 days in advance so we could not access the jacuzzi at all during our stay.……

“It's an amazing resort, located in the perfect spot of island, sunset beach gorgeous, surrended by greenery, our 1 bedroom villa with private pool was spectacular in terms of interior design, comfort, service, cleaning. It was like living in a dream. The quality of all amenities , among restaurants and spa was beyond our expectations. This is a real destination spot if you plan to spend 2-3 days in Gili. “The rooms were very clean, the restaurant and food was very good! And the staff was very polite. A lot of space to relax.”

“From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was too difficult. The hotel is set on beachfront property that is spacious and quiet. The rooms are extremely generous and the attention to detail is high. There is plenty of coral and fish to see just offshore and high tea at 4pm on the beach was a great way to finish a swim. Highly recommend ”
