“The hotel is in the condition expected for a historic building that has not had many upgrades. It is fairly comfortable and it is within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and Casa de la Moneda. The staff is a bit forgetful and can throw your plans off. We requested for the breakfast to go on two occasions as they had offered when we checked in, but the staff forgot to request it to the kitchen and we had to purchase food elsewhere. Also, they offered to arrange a ride to the airport on our……

“I enjoyed the SPA the staff was incredibly friendly, but the tile for the floor is very slippery. The breakfast was also spectacular. The only downside was the limited option to check out later in the day and I was told by my UN Colleagues that the ID was sufficient to obtain the UN rate and that was not true according to the front desk. This is definately a place I will return.”
