“It is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. ”
“Spent a week here, location was good, close to the boulevard/sea, everything needed was within walking distance; the room was spacious and clean, other than the balcony, which was very narrow and a bit dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, cant really fault it in any way. Overall had a decent stay.”
“This hotel is a very impressive landmark building in Batumi, we had a good apartment with fantastic panoramic views on the 36th floor. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very busy with loads of people around, many dishes available however I only liked the omelette, the quality of breads needs improving above cheap supermarket types. Unfortunately my son picked up a stomach bug from breakfast which resulted in severe vomiting several times. The hotel reception staff were nice, in particular woudl……

“It was a pleasant stay. The apart hotel is on the top floors of a new higj rise building. You can find a comfortable bed, quiet, spacious room with a nice sea view and generous breakfast for an affordable price. The receptionists were polite and helpful.
In short, I can easily reccomend it. My only criticism may be the faint odour probably because of smoking. It was not overpowering, but if your are nonsmokers ask a nonsmoking room before your stay.”
"I went to breakfast and waited for 15 min for kichten to prepare, suddenly there are two aged lady approached my breakfast when it was about to send to my table and stoped breakfast for around 3 minutes to discuss what they wanted to eat in a very close way to my food, their fingers almost on the bread, I was worried about the food got contaminated so I told the server that I do not want eat any more, then I left the restaurant. I only stay in Batumi for one day in past 10 years, but I had no breakfast. I reported to the front desk regarding this issue and I suggested that do not let any other ppl to approach or talk very closely in front of the cooked food, the server shall deny those type of the inappropriate way, it is not suitable to discuss or communicate what they want in front of my food, I feel unsafe to stay in this hotel. "
