“This is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever been to. With the exception of the pool. They have a great opportunity to redo the pool as an outdoor cliffside pool with amazing views. They missed the boat on that one. But the rest of the property is 10 out of 5 stars. Absolutely beautiful. Caution: for elderly that don’t like stairs. There are lots of stairs.”

“One of the best hidden gem in Kintamani area. This place has best view of mountain and lake. All staff is very friendly & helpful. The access to property is a bit confusing, you should ask around in case if you got lost. But it’s super worth it. I want to come back again for sure!”

“Summary We'd recommend the Bamboo house for one night specifically to the do the hike only. Go for the cheapest room. We booked two nights at the bamboo house, via Hotels.com, with the idea of hiking Mount Batur. Presumably like many other people visiting the area. We booked the king size deluxe room, the one with the triangular bamboo ceiling/roof, which was twice the price of a standard room. When we arrived we were shown to a standard room. After realising we hadn't been provided the room……

“It was a fantastic experience. We used the Puri Nadi Heated Pool Villa, and the pool in the room was very large and the water quality was good. The breakfast and dinner course tasted great, too. All the staff were kind and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. If I ever visit Ubud again, I would like to visit there again.”

“Sagolikt utsikt över risfälten. Rummet var stor och rymligt med stor badrum och en stor balkong med utsikt mot dalen. Personalen var underbara och gästvänliga. Man känner sig som hemma. Säg bara vad du behöver så får du det. Bra priser på menyn och tvätt tjänster. Maten var god och av bra kvalité vilken gjorde att vi valde att äta för det mesta på hotellet. Poolen är fantastiskt. "We have a pleasant stay at Honshinoya Bali. It’s a very beautiful resort surrounded by the nature. We stay in the villa Jalak. It has the best location to watch the resort, and the trees. You can even enjoy sunrise at the villa. We enjoy the time staying there. I’ll always missing reading at the balcony with such beautiful view. The only concern I have is about country and nationality. We are from Taiwan. However, the nationality and country is listed as China in the receipt. After communicating with the staff, he helped to correct that to Taiwan, province of China. Well, that’s unacceptable. I told the staff that this statement makes us uncomfortable. He is sorry about that and mentioning that’s embedded in the IT system. I understand, and ask the staff to provide our comments to the headquarter. Hope this mistake could be corrected soon. "
