“Staff, mostly nice but some are a bit rigid. Location not very convience just quite close to airport around 8 mins if taking grab. For the room, i think im a bit unlucky coz when the 1st room i live, i find there are some ants on the blanket, so i get down & call the staff to help me to change another room. “The hotel is newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The front counter staff is friendly and bilingual speaking in English and Chinese. Room is small but clean. Hot water is good in bathroom. Breakfast is so so. The 5th fl door is using smart app(website) entrance with Bluetooth control. Safe and hi-tech. 2 lifts to upstairs. Will consider to stay next time.”

“The hotel is simple but decent, located pretty close to waterfront and most places of interest are in walkable range from here. You can find bars, restaurants (the is a good breakfast restaurant right behind and the famous Ceylonese Restaurant next to it), 7-eleven. The was a slight funky smell in the shower and this could be improved. They also let us check in early which was nice bonus for us. ”

“The bedroom TV wasn’t working throughout our stay there. Plus the in-house safe wasn’t working as well so we had to carry our valuables around while outside. “Pour nous, la meilleure option de logement à Kuching. Très bon emplacement à 2 pas du waterfront mais avec la possibilité de se détendre et se rafraîchir au bord de la piscine au milieu du beau jardin.
