“Cameron was amazing! Anyone we met was so nice we always love staying here ”

“The room layout is great, the facilities are a bit old, but everything is well prepared. I found a cockroach and the mattress made a loud noise when I turned over.”

The air conditioning unit did not work and we had to use a window air conditioner. Wallpaper was torn, no curtains to cover the blinds. The TV remote didn’t work. ”

“Only downfall was the only one elevator worked. Memorial Day weekend. And 15 floors. Was very hard to ever get on the elevator luckily we stayed on the 4th floor and the stairs were very useful”

“Emerald was awful at communicating. Kept adding fee aftef fee after fee. I was originally told the fee at the hotel would be $250 yet when we got there it was almost $600. They Re refused to let us park a 3rd car for our 3 bedroom condo that can sleep 10. The staff at the front desk was unhelpful to say the least. I will never be staying here again. Our room was also damaged in several places and the staff did not care. They were so strict about everything, even the most ridiculous things. If……
