“Great location, quiet, secluded cabin only a few minutes from town and beginning of the tunnel of trees. There is a good restaurant and a gas station 2 minutes away. Stocked with many extras like games and firewood. Beds were comfy. Communication with John was quick and clear. Excellent value for the price!”

“Perfect spot for the two of us. Super close to the harbor/downtown. Ice cream shop with picnic tables less than a block away. Amish style shop less than a block with sandwiches made to order.The only negative is how tiny the bathroom is.We loved it”

“We rented the lake house for a soccer tournament in Petoskey and it was absolutely wonderful! Tons of space and amenities… truly a great experience. The bunk beds and huge couch in the game/tv room were a big hit with the players. Grill worked fabulous as we cooked a ton of chicken and brats on it for a team bbq. Kitchen had everything you could need to cook up a storm. Parking enough for 4 vehicles. Clark and Kate were amazing hosts and really did a great job with communicating and……

“House and property were great! So many different things to do from Harbor Springs. Host was great and gave us recommendations of places nearby to visit. This would be a great winter stay for skiers and snowboarders as Nubs Nob is just a quick drive away. Game room was fun when it was time to come back and the hot tub is very well maintained. ”
