“Très bon accueil et service par Luigi avec de bons conseils des choses à faire et des restaurants. L’hotel et les chambres sont très propre. Le seul petit aspect négatif est la climatisation dans les chambres qui est vieillissante et ne fonctionne pas très bien. La piscine extérieure est très agréable pour se relaxer au soleil. “There are nearly 30 steps to enter the building. I booked last minute not knowing it would be difficult to enter the building to receive the key. I was lucky the housekeeper was there to help me. Phone number listed on Expedia had no service (taxi driver was trying to call for me). No regular reception hours. Room was clean, but very basic. “This is a lovely spa - amazing people who run the hotel. In the shoulder season of October - it's not a super busy area and feels a little isolated. For spa treatments - superb! If you are looking for walking restaurants or any shopping - this is not the area. This is truly a 'spa' and so enjoy their many many treatments - because they really cater to you. Then take a taxi to the other areas for food, activity, shopping:)”

Das Frühstück war oftmals nicht ausreichend, es wurde nicht nachgelegt. Die Zimmer etwas klein jedoch der Balkon schön. Die Türklinke zum Bad war kaputt sowie der Toilettendeckel. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage war prima.”
