“Front porch could use some seating. Lawn not cut upon arrival but 2 days later was cut. Water damage in living room and master bathroom. Slight odor upon entering property. Downpouring rain makes leaving side door bad with no covering. Dryer was not drying clothes properly. Had to put on multiple cycles..hall bathroom cabinet had some damage by toilet prior to arrival. Doors to washer/dryer off track prior to arrival.”

“The house was spacious and provided enough room for my family. It was well kept and had a nice covered patio with a grill to relax in the evenings. Also, it was close enough to the beach and downtown. ”
