“Finding this lovely cottage was serendipitous for us because we were headed home on Super Bowl Sunday and the hotel prices in Louisiana were astronomical. We worked backwards into Mississippi trying to find somewhere reasonable and found this charming place. It was private, clean and quiet with a driveway right up to the porch. It was a real house with a full kitchen, laundry, living room, bedroom and bathroom. There was even a back patio with a seating area that would have been perfect for a……

“The staff were friendly. Our room was clean and ready within 10minutes of our check in, which was tight at 3:00. It was Valentine's weekend so the hotel was full over the weekend. We checked in on a Sunday. Breakfast was a full meal... everything from muffins, toast, boiled eggs, yogurt, sausage, gravy, biscuits, egg rounds, juices, coffee, apples and oranges, and waffles. “The only things that kept me from giving them all excellent was breakfast buffet and the elevator only working part of the time we were there. I’m disabled and didn’t see a place on Hotels.com to put that in so I’d get a room on the 1st floor and we got the Second floor.
