“The staff gave us keycards that didn't work & seemed like they didn't care it was wrong. Also, i had the ac on as low as it could go, & had to sleep in the chair next ro the ac to cool off.”

“Little disappointed because they had computing system problems. They told me. But this room was very great and neat 👌. I just hope that they need to add ADA for example, the rooms need flashing doorbell signaler for deaf or Hard of Hearing. If room service try to knock on the door, deaf people can't hear as they are sleeping. ”

“Bed had a wet spot. Probably someone went swimming then sat on bed wet but regardless, did not want to stay in that room. They did quickly get us another”

“Amazing stay, amazing hotel, very clean, beds very comfy, kids loved the indoor pool very clean, we noticed the outside grills and seating area outside the pool room which we will deff use next time to grill some steaks! The breakfast was very good and well stocked, the eggs could be a little less watered down but overall everything was amazing. ”

“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”
