We can almost always depend on a clean comfortable room, helpful representatives of the chain, a well-kept property in decent neighborhoods and a good value for the money we spend. This time was no exception. We like having the little apartment feel of Residence in. And as budget minded travelers, it is nice to have the ability to "eat in"……

“The only things that kept me from giving them all excellent was breakfast buffet and the elevator only working part of the time we were there. I’m disabled and didn’t see a place on Hotels.com to put that in so I’d get a room on the 1st floor and we got the Second floor. The elevator would go down sometimes, but it wouldn’t come up sometimes.
