“Nothing was free, unlike advertised. Pool was a P300 a day use that was not mentioned during my reservation. The self-parking was a lie too because they charged me P700 for two days of parking for the space assigned to the unit. The unit was fine but could use more cleaning and upkeep. “When I showed up to check in I was told that I would be refunded the money I used on my card and had to pay for the stay in cash. Check in is noon time I’m still sitting here out side waiting to check in and it’s 2:30 pm never coming back or referring them to anyone. “プールがメンテナンス中でした。子供たちと楽しみにしていたのに残念です。このコンドミニアムに決めたのは、ズバリプールです。でなければハノイに行く予定でした。プールがないホテルなど、我が家にとって何の価値もありません。小さなプールがあったので、仕方なく水着に着替えて行ったら、居住者用だと断られました。詐欺に近いです。また、深夜便で着いたのですが、部屋に入れてもらえず、予約のページを英語で提示しても、全く対応してもらえませんでした。エクスペディアに電話をしたのですが、対応が遅かったです。深夜２時から５時すぎまで外のベンチに座らされたまま、暑くて気がおかしくなりなした。妻と2人の子供の悲しそうな顔。思い出すだけで胸が苦しくなります。トラウマになりそうです。以上２点。５５年の人生で最低最悪の旅になりました。時間とお金を返して欲しいです。ハノイに行けばよかった。悔しくて情けないです。”

Low cost but noisy

"The hotel is very close to a major street, therefore, very noisy. There is no partition between the shower and the toilet, therefore, the toilet gets all wet after a shower. There is a step up of a little more than a foot from the living room to the bathroom, this could pose a danger if not careful. There are several resteaurants right around the hotel, therefore very convenient. Shuttle to the airport is a plus; though there is no shuttle from the airport as advertised. The staff is friednly and helpful."

"This is not my 1 first time staying in this hotel. Compared with previous experience, some areas had been improved such as the check-in/out process. Next to Newport mall. With a convenience store and fast food shop on the ground floor. However, the WiFi network (speed) and the choice of breakfast are still my concerns. Slow and less choices. Hope they can improve."
