“Joe has been extremely responsive. Property was exactly as described. Location was great to local eateries, especially District Donuts. The beds were fantastic! I dont always sleep well when away from home, but that wasnt a problem. Would definately recommend for a family that wants to experience new orleans!”

“Nice location, clean and comfortable. It suited our purpose for a quick trip to Jazzfest”

“The house is very much as advertised. It’s very close to Audubon Park and a variety of great uptown NOLA restaurants, bars and shops. The layout is a typical “shotgun double” so with adjoining bedrooms so be aware of that. However, it is a lovely and comfortable house. The owner was extremely proactive and responsive.”

“The location is amazing! Tucked away and private. Hosts were so nice and had instant responses about questions! There are multiple resturants and shops very close by. The french bakery next door was a definate plus! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again! ”

“This house had all of the charm of New Orleans with plenty of updates. The house was clean and well maintained. There were so many amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“We had a nice stay and really enjoyed our first visit to the city. The first morning we discovered the coffee maker didn’t work, notified Genesis and there was one waiting for us when we got home that afternoon. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice.
