“We loved this unique house! We found it clean and in good repair, and it had all the things we needed. It's on the edge of the gentrified Garden District; the immediate streetscape is a little tired, but we never felt unsafe and it's an easy walk to a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Also walkable to the French Quarter, WW2 Museum, Mardi Gras World, and the beautiful homes in the Garden District.Parking is tight if you have a big car, but parking on the street right in front of……

“This was the first time I used VRBO and I was really impressed with the property. It looked just like the photo's. A well maintained and clean home. There were 9 of us that stayed at this house and it was very roomy for all of us and no one felt cramped. I would highly recommend”

“The property appealed to us because we are a group of 7 longtime girlfriends that gather at a different destination once a year to catchup with each other. There were enough beds for us and a living and kitchen area that made it easy for us to share our stories. The location was far enough away from the noise of Bourbon Street but close enough to walk to it and everything else. The #202 airport bus stopping just outside the property was a bonus. The only reason for an overall rating of 4 is that……

“The house is very much as advertised. It’s very close to Audubon Park and a variety of great uptown NOLA restaurants, bars and shops. The layout is a typical “shotgun double” so with adjoining bedrooms so be aware of that. However, it is a lovely and comfortable house. The owner was extremely proactive and responsive.”

“First off the property was just as pictured, beautiful. The location was great for us, easy access to the Streetcar which took us down to the French Quarter several times. The weather was so beautiful we actually ended up walking down there a couple of times, about 1.5 miles. The French Coffee Truck just a few doors down was a nice treat every morning. Several restaurant options just a few feet away, so staying in definitely would not be a problem! If we make it back to NOLA, I hope to stay here……
