“The hotel's location is very good, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff are also very friendly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the guest room was not very ideal. After checking in, I found that they did not change the bed sheets, so I had to go to the front desk to get them and then return to the room to change them myself. The equipment and hotel supplies in the room are also incomplete. Somewhat disappointed.”

“The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.”

“We loved our stay! We got the suite with the jetted tub and it was definitely worth it. Great breakfast, great service, great room, and great location! The evening food was not super exciting, but more of a nice to have. We would definitely stay here again.”

“My stay was nice and I didn’t just stay at the Quality Inn, I was transferred over to the Suburban Suites and it was like being in a studio apartment. I would recommend staying there , especially if you have children or pets.”
