“Property was very charming, pool was great for those hot days. Staff was friendly and helpful. I think refrigerators in the rooms would be great and coffee service in the lobby vs the machine in the room. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay!”

“Such a great stay! Some of the staff were excellent to work with and have conversations with. The room was large and quaint. The pool was secluded and fairly quiet. Convenient location for walking to eat and explore. The only issue we had was the shower only out out hot water and we couldn’t take a shower because it was too hot. They told us the plumber could not come on the weekend. We had the option to switch to a queen room or keep or king room. Apart from that issue this was a great place……

“The property was satisfactory and close to the outlet mall and convention center. Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean but are showing signs of wear and could use some updating. WiFi was supportive for my work needs. Restaurants have a satisfactory selection of options but nothing really stood out. I’d say a visit across the street is a nicer steak restaurant at 4 seasons if that is what you’re looking for. Not bad for a quick stay.”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“Overall, we had a very nice stay. We traveled with a large group and lots of friends and there were a couple different areas that were comfortable and had lots of tables and made it very nice and easy to get together with our group to eat, play games or just hang out. The only thing we missed was not having a pool, but we knew that before we booked. It was a very lovely stay and close to lots of things to do.”
