“If you want just the basic this is definitely the place. For the most part the owner was responsive but not really welcoming before check in. There was 4 people staying and they provided 4 towels 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels and when asked they confirmed in their messages they only provide the “basics”. Maybe my definition is different? I have stayed in VRBO over the years and normally host are welcoming and helpful. The couch was clean but definitely not comfortable. It was……

We found that only one device could connect at a time. (However, we also enjoyed the fact that only one device could connect)! Helped motivate our kids to get outside! “Location cannot be beat. 1 mile from Tulane campus. And more restaurants within a three block radius than you could possibly visit during your stay. Also, really convenient to be across the street from a grocery store. The house has a very cute backyard. A sweet front porch. A nice kitchen with minimal but useful supplies. The beds were comfortable. It is a true shotgun layout so the bedrooms connect to each other. This was not a problem for us. My two negatives were one, the couch in the living……

“Absolutely loved the property! It was very conveniently located, parking was amazing. It is newly built and very spacious. We were in town for the night very last minute due to a family emergency and because of the holiday there weren’t too many places available. My only complaint is the price, the cleaning fee is as much as a 1 night stay. ”
