“We enjoyed our time at Little Bay! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view was relaxing, and the location was perfect—right by the fishing pier with a front-facing water view. Plus, the pool and close proximity to the beach really added to our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We hope to return in the future!”

“Cute place to sleep and that’s about it. We were disappointed with our stay. The blinds are broken in the living room and the bedroom. The day we arrived there was a very strong mildew smell when we walked in. When we got there the toilet was clogged and we had to plunge the toilet every time we used it. A couple times the toilet almost overflowed. We weren’t able to enjoy the hot tub long. There were cockroach bits floating around. We had issues with the front door locking and unlocking. It……

“The property was clean and maintained. It is literally on the water. If you want the ocean at your doorstep, you cannot get any better than this! We were minutes away from the shopping at public piers at Rockport. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't look closely at the bunkbeds -- they have a weight limit of 160 pounds. I have a big teenager who didn't fit on the bunks. But that is my only negative thing I can……

“Overall the stay and was nice the room was average, the entire property was way more run down than in the pictures, half the building was missing, the elevators did not work and we were on the 3rd floor, there were holes in the floor with a plank of wood covering them. The room we enjoyed cause it was big enough for our family, we could cook meals and all dishes were available. It had not been restocked in some time. ”
