“Great trip! Extremely accurate representation of the property based of photos, clean, close to the beach and restaurants. Great backyard area… HUGE yard, well landscaped, and great for entertaining. All of the appliances (washer/dryer especially) were newer and worked great. Great trip!”

“Such a cute and cozy place. Perfect location as we had a graduation at Scripps Institute of Oceanography. We were able to walk to graduation as the parking there is limited. Communication was perfect and informative. Walked to dinner ! Would definitely stay there again. Suggest a few more dish towels as no dishwasher… but not a big deal.”

“The condo is perfect for a two person getaway. It was very neat and clean when we arrived. It is very close to a lot of neat shops and dining locations.”

“I was very impressed with how clean the home was when we arrived. You could walk around barefoot and not worry about having dirty feet!!!! The pier to fish was great! Loved that we didn't have to share and made a ton of family memories. Highly recommend - even if you don't fish but you want to get away. Rockport is such a cute town - great downtown full of shops.”

“Cute cottage with beautiful views and dock. Stayed as a small family with two young children who loved the front patio/porch. Very close to shops, beach, and ferry but far enough that you can enjoy the sound of nothing but waves.”

“Went for a fishing trip. This place was very clean. The only thing i had an issue with was there wasn't a bbq pit as depicted in pictures. Minor issue. Other than that the stay was great. Very quiet and nice area. ”
