““KILLER VIEW” and indeed it was. Whether it was watching the pelicans at eye level, the sunrise, people on the beach or having an adult beverage with cheese and crackers the balcony was great.Beyond that though is the owners. I received a call once I got there warning about the space X shot and traffic problems. This led into an hour talk on what to see, what I might like to eat and things about the Island. A few things popped up ( MY FAULT) and where quickly taken care of. The owners and staff……

“We enjoyed our stay! Great amenities, loved that everything was within walking distance-restaurants, shopping and groceries. We bought an umbrella and kept it there for other guests, since the loungers out in front of condo on the beach are for the “owners only”. Condo was decorated nicely and the washer/dryer came in handy. It was nice having a king bed although the mattress was very soft and frame very noisy. Thanks for letting us stay in your home, we would recommend. ”

“Florence Condo #607 was superb. I already want to book next year. Location was the best. Kitchen had everything I needed. Updated condo. Beds all firm and seemed new. I did not open the sofa bed so I can not comment on that.Only thing: there is paint peeling from the ceilings of the living area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. I would definitely stay in Condo 607 again.”

“The location was great! The gulf view and short walk to the beach did not disappoint! Check in was easy and owners were very responsive. The only downside was that the unit wasn't very clean. To be fair, some of the items may have been beyond the normal scope of the cleaning staff's responsibilities. We bought some cleaning supplies and had it looking and feeling better shortly. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again. ”

“Location excellent. Facilities very good. Problems with microwave and toaster. Living room furniture needs replaced. Chris was super in helping with any problem. Will go back to the same rental again. Hot tub has no jets. ”
