“Your condo was beautiful. The upstairs, kitchen and living room was spacious and well equipped. The furniture was very comfortable and the ocean view from the balcony was a real bonus. The downstairs master bedroom had a comfortable bed, but was high off the ground and could be a problem for someone with mobility issues. My only complaint was the downstairs carpet was ready for a refresh. The location was right in the center of Nye Beach and a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Next……

“I can’t sing enough praises about this home and Colleen, the owner. She has at least two of everything imaginable in the gourmet kitchen. The bedroom arrangement is perfect for two couples. One comfortable bedroom with en-suite bath is upstairs and the other downstairs with a full bath and private sitting area. The living and dining spaces are comfortable, cozy, well designed and welcoming. It is impeccably clean, the view is to die for. This was the 4th time we’ve stayed in Colleen’s home……
