“More than adequate apartment. Comfortable beds, working AC, very close to nice beach, and quiet block. Limited kitchen, but we made it work anyway. Minor things could be taken care of (latches on doors, etc), but nothing that impeded us. We were lucky to find a place within a week of check-in, and price was very good. A good time.”

“Place was clean, check in and check out was smooth. We used home for two night stay. Beach is just walking distance. Need to bring kitchen towels/tissues, bathroom soaps and wash clothes. Other unit guests were drying beach towel outside as no towel drying rack inside. Overall nice experience.”

“First off the owners were excellent, friendly & very accommodating. This 2nd floor unit was very clean and just perfect for my stay (3 adults & 1 child). The beach & boardwalk just 1 block away. The air conditioning units were just right. kept the unit cool & comfortable. I absolutely recommend this & looking forward to staying here again. ”

“Stayed for 3 nights while visiting family in the area. Convenient location and easy access. Had nice selection of coffees and cold drinks. As others have mentioned, there is a strong smell in the house which we couldn't tell was from smoking or mildew/musty. House could benefit from a deep clean and some bug spray for ants coming out in the warmer weather. Beds are comfortable but pillows could be better. Some additional towels would also be helpful.”

“The location was fantastic! It was a 30 second walk to the beach which can’t be beat when you have 5 kids under 8 years old. The host was very responsive to a few issues involving the a/c and heat which hopefully is fixed. The previous guests broke the dishwasher right before our stay so we couldn’t use it. We had such an amazing time on LBI we will be coming back next summer. ”
