“We stayed at this lovely apartment for pumpkinfest, and had a great time! It somehow managed to be a private peaceful sanctuary while located only steps from all the fun! It was the perfect size for my family with two small kids, and the designated parking space was greatly appreciated on a very busy weekend. Comfy, cozy beds and linens made it a nice place to rest our heads at the end of each busy day. My kids are already begging to come back next fall!”

“I spent a rainy weekend at the ‘Chic Studio Cabin in Boothbay Harbor’ for a personal meditation retreat, and it was exactly what I needed. Even with the rain, the cabin was warm and cozy thanks to the propane fireplace. I loved soaking in the beautiful claw-foot tub while listening to the rain—it was so relaxing.The views of the water were peaceful, and I really enjoyed watching the nesting ospreys nearby. “When I first saw this listing, there was only one review & it wasn't great. Fortunately I realize that people have different standards & paid little attention to it. This space is so lovely &, though not much separates the room from the studio/gallery space attached, the owners are quite respectful of privacy & were very helpful when we were too techno-challenged to open the door initially. “This is a cute little apartment in a charming location. Brianne was friendly and responded quickly to questions and issues with WiFi. I do think the listing should be adjusted to be clearer about the following: 1) The bedroom, while large, is on the floor above the rest of the apartment, with a long and steep flight of stairs down to the bathroom; 2) The only window in the bedroom opens onto a fire escape that reaches to the ground, so we did not feel comfortable leaving it open and found the……

“We had a great stay in the apartment during the holidays for a rather impromptu family trip. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our group. Communication was quick & easy, apartment is as shown ("even better" according to one family member), location is great (walkable to restaurants, grocery, etc & quick access to 295). Would highly recommend it & would definitley consider staying here in the future!”

“First, this property was sooo clean! The beds were extremely comfortable and they even provided extra blankets in the closets! The kitchen has lots of amenities if you are staying awhile and cooking. The apartment gets great lighting, there’s no noisy neighbors and the heater is amazing! Love how close it is to downtown where everything is. We went to a local bar for dinner “the social goose” where the staff was friendly and food was amazing! Over all. "The room was clean and tidy, and it was very convenient to go to the university and surrounding shops and restaurants. The only regret was that the room was booked the day before, and the price was doubled compared to booking in advance. It is recommended that you book the room in advance, the price is really different."
