“Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Had no issues. Place was even cuter in person. You are within walking distance to beach and restaurants. I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. ”

“We rented for our stay so be close to the border for our Eras Tour concert in Vancouver and were pleasantly surprised. I’m very in awe of the town and the condo itself was very home-like and clean. There was a useful binder filled with all sorts of information and it was helpful with finding a local market. The whole experience makes me want to bring my whole family back in the summer to experience all that Birch Bay has to offer. Thank you for making this is seamless process.”

“The 5 of us had a great weekend getaway and the large space was perfect for our extended family in the area to visit. The rooms were spacious, kitchen was well stocked with cooking stuff, beds were comfortable and the renovated bathrooms were nice. “My first vrbo, host was accommodating, had a last minute change and was no problem, very clean, you do have to use the main house for bath facilities but easy acess, 2 minor things, there is only one out let for the refrigerator, microwave and Kuerig had to get down and plug in microwave to use, and small night table on both sides of the bed, other than that great time easy to get to, thanks John”

“Beautiful, scenic and peaceful location. We enjoyed our time on the deck, soaking in some sun, chatting with the neighbor and watching the goslings and wild bunnies. Only on suggestion would be to secure the top if the handrail and maybe add a short length at the bottom landing. We would love for a longer return stayCheers”

“Room was VERY clean and comfortable for the two of us. I should have paid better attention that there was no stove, just toaster type oven. TV was a bit tricky to figure out, but we did it. The gas/propane fireplace front was really pretty. I enjoyed that very much and didn’t seem to take much to warm the space Would be a nice touch to maybe include a few decks of playing cards, dice, and maybe a crib board. Could be nicely stored in baskets under window seating area? Loved the salt……

“We had a slumber party for our daughters 10th bday and everything was perfect. It had plenty of table space for all the kids. Extra blankets and pillows. Living room space was nice and comfy, especially when the fireplace was going. I only regret not walking across the road to the beach, im definitely gonna have to come back some other time just for me.”

“I had the pleasure of staying at Birch Bay Frame, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location is unbeatable – right on the ocean, with stunning views right from the property. We even spotted seals swimming in the water, which was such a nice surprise. The house itself was immaculate, clean, and very well-maintained.
