“A little slice of heaven, next door to the Promised Land. We were in the area to visit Pa. State Parks and stayed here two nights. My wife found Rex Hotel online and she really relies on the reviews of past guests. With this receiving so many positive ratings we went for it. “This is a long overdue review. We booked this as a goof, thinking it would be some wacky disaster that might lead to a good story. Instead, we were blown away by how awesome it is. “This is an absolutely lovely cabin nestled in a wonderful lakeside gem of a community. Our family had a truly excellent stay at the end of our long summer - just in time for our little guy to start kindergarten. “What a beautiful spot right on the Delaware River. The cabin was very clean and we cooked quite a bit so it was nice to have a full kitchen. I had a little work to do and the wifi was blazing fast. Upon arrival getting into the house was simple and the directions on how ti open the electronic lot were accurate, the home smelled very nice and everything was very clean. Both bedrooms were comfortable. The property was beautiful and the fire pit and stars at night were enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again. Cherrie was very responsive and the scavenger hunt was a pretty cool activity to do with my wife and son. Excellent place for a mini getaway!”
