“This house was perfect for a quick weekend! There is a small beach by the lake that’s nice for a walk/morning coffee. It’s not a touristy area at all so it’s quiet and peaceful. I would say if you’re looking to be isolated it’s not necessarily for you, as it is in a community of houses, but if that doesn’t bother you it’s definitely still a great location! “We were in town for a 50th birthday party, a friend and I. We knew the party would get crazy, but we wanted to be sure we had somewhere to slow down and relax afterwards. This was almost the perfect place. If it weren't for the flood lights that wouldn't turn off, it would've been exactly what we needed. “We stayed for Labor Day weekend as a family of four. We found the home to be excellent location, quiet, and serene. There is a view of the lake from the front porch. It is a bit rustic, but that is what we were looking for. ”

Watching the sun set cast rays on the hills across the water or waking up to the sun coming in through the sunroom windows it makes for a quaint cottage getaway. Will be back again!!
