The first week was characterized by rain, rain, rain, but we needed rest, rest, rest, so we made a fire (it was actually chilly) and ventured out only for food. The area food choices are AWESOME! If you drew a 20 mile circle around the area, you’d be amazed at the quality of food choices available. We hiked in the area, visited Bushkill Falls, and met kind folks all over the area. We had a very nice time. ”

The bedrooms are beautiful and the open kitchen and living space made it easy to spend time together comfortably. “My wife and I stayed at the cozy farm guest house 1&2 for two nights. The home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages. There is a bedroom and full bath upstairs and on the ground floor, which made it easy when getting ready in the morning. The living room and kitchen area was very comfortable. We will definitely try to stay……

“We needed a place to land so that we could visit an overnight camp for our oldest daughter. Little did we know, this was more than just a few rooms to sleep in. This was truly an oasis in the mountains, a place for restoration and TIME together as a family in the beautiful setting of this treehouse in Pond Eddy, NY. Everything is close by: coffee, dining, the river - yet we felt worlds away in Marcus' beautiful home. We appreciated every single detail, including the baby grand piano, games for……

“We had the most wonderful time just writing in front of the lake cozied up with a blanket, while our dog ran and played in the yard. At night, the kitchen is the perfect kitchen to cook together and share a bottle of wine, with the music and fireplace going. 10/10 will def comeback!”
