“This is a beautiful property directly on the Delaware river. Swim in the river, kayak to and from this location or just enjoy the fire pit and sunsets/full moons. The interior is spacious and clean. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms very nice as well. We cooked both inside and bbq outside. The washer and dryer came in handy as it was a muddy week. Owners Mike and Veronica are wonderful people who are around if you need anything! Definitely coming back! ”

“The loft was so homey and inviting. My husband and I loved the convenience of walking everywhere in the town and coming back to a private relaxing apt that we felt safe and comfortable in. There were so many great restaurants ranging from pizza, subs to Chinese food or wonderful Italian restaurants and the Lake Wally Cafe was small but great food! We loved our stay and my husband even said he’d like to stay longer next time. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit……

“We had a great time at the property, but there were a few challenges. The biggest concern was accessing the main bedroom, which requires climbing a steep ladder that felt unsafe. Aside from that, communication was excellent, and the property was very clean.”

“Absolutely horrible experience with this property owner, Was notified one hour prior to my stay that it was cancelled for because of over booking..really !! I travelled that far and my stay was cancelled why? This has really turned me off to VRBO..I guess your company has poor communications..they said they called me, checked my call log no unknown phone calls, no messages.I messaged owner the morning of my stay for the key code for property..no answer until 2:05 pm that afternoon in a email……

“We loved our stay at the Red Bird House! The beautiful, modern home is perfectly sited on a private, quiet wooded property, with large windows that bring the natural world into the house. It has all the amenities of a home and the added pleasures of a spa stay! We had a wonderful soak in the large hot tub (four of us), and loved the sauna, salt booth, and steam shower. There’s a very cool thing called a Somadome for enhanced meditation, and even a massage room (with a list of massage therapists……

“We had a nice weekend, and enjoyed the privacy and serenity of the wooded surroundings. The apartment had everything we needed, except a curtain or mini-blind in the bathroom window, which had a view of the neighboring house. We loved the natural light pouring in through theany skylights and windows. I would say the only negative, was the couch bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. The far corner of the room could potentially fit a double bed or even a futon couch would've been more……
